Well, we started already but things seemed to fall apart. I really felt that this was the case because there was no accountability, but with people's (and by people, I mean the two of you)schedules being what they are, it didn't seem possible to keep track with what everyone else was doing. But now since both of you are supposedly web accessable, this might prove to be an easy, effective way to hold each other accountable for what we are doing.
This is what I was thinking. We can log our progress from week to week by documenting our weekly:
1) weight
2) measurements (i.e waist, bust, hips, arms, thighs)
3) food journals
4) excercise
5) difficulties, challenges stopping us from following through with what we are suppose to
6) inspirational tidbits, info, etc that the others may find helpful and useful
